Information on Kipor Generators

A lot of people are buying kipor generators these days. They tend to buy the Kipor as opposed to the Honda due to the major price difference, they do near enough the same job dont they?

They are quiet, lightweight and pure sinewave so safe to use with computers.

We sell a lot of the kipor generators to caravanners and motorhomers. The most popular would be the IG2000 and the IG2600 for the caravanners and the Motorhomers tend to lean towards the IG2600 and the IG3000.

It really depends on what power my customers require from their generator and there also tends to be some confusion over the wattage and the KVa.

I am hoping that this post will help my customers decide which generator they need

The IG1000 not to be confused with 1000Watts, this generator will give 800watts of continued power, an ideal generator just as a back up for the caravan for running the lights and watching the TV.

The IG2000 not to be confused with 2000watts, this generator will give you 1280 watts of continued power, ideal for lights, charging batteries, small camping kettle etc……NOT good enough for running a microwave or hair dryer Ladies

The IG2600 not to be confused with 2600 watts, this generator will give you 1840 watts of continued power, now this will do the microwave and all the above, still need to be careful though for the hairdryers.

I think what people dont allow for when chosing a generator is the surges of the equipment they are going to use the generator for. For example a small 650watt power drill used on an IG2000 would probably blow the main module board…..Ouch, expensive repair job. Now this would of happened because the drill may only be 650watts but need probably 2.5 times that just to get it started.

This is my 1st post so I am going to leave it there for now, please feel free to comment or ask any questions that you have. You can e-mail me through my site www.martynsbargains.com

Thanks for now
